Fees/Payments

We design an individualized care plan based on your health and personal care needs. It may involve one time visit to address your immediate health concern such as a cold/flu, urinary tract infection, medication refill, or a form completion. Or, becoming a part of our practice at MedRedefined. 

We offer several different models of care:

• Traditional primary care where you you schedule an appointment to come for an office visit and pay your co-pay and rest is billed to your insurance.

• MedRedefined Concierge Medicine Program which allows immediate access to the physician or care coordinator via phone/text/email at all times with the convenience of timely in-home/in-clinic/or tele-visits on as needed basis in addition to several other benefits. This is a hybrid program where you pay an annual membership fee to allow for concierge services and your insurance is billed for medical services.
