At MedRedefined, we create an individualized care plan tailored to your health goals, preferences, and lifestyle. Whether you need a one-time visit for an acute concern—such as cold or flu symptoms, a urinary tract infection, a medication refill, or form completion—or you’re seeking an ongoing physician relationship, we make access to care seamless.

MedRedefined Concierge Medicine Membership

Our Concierge Medicine Membership is designed for patients who value exceptional access, continuity, and discretion. Members receive priority communication with the physician or care coordinator via phone, text, or email, along with timely in-home, in-clinic, or telemedicine visits as needed—plus additional concierge benefits. 

This is a hybrid program: an annual membership fee covers concierge services, and medical services are billed to your health insurance when applicable.
