We design an individualized care plan based on your health and personal care needs. It may involve one time visit to address your immediate health concern such as a cold or flu, urinary tract infection, medication refill, or a form completion. Or, becoming a part of our practice at MedRedefined. 

Becoming an elite member of MedRedefined Concierge Medicine Program

MedRedefined Concierge Medicine Program allows immediate access to the physician or care coordinator via phone/text/email with the convenience of timely in-home, in-clinic, or tele-visits on as needed basis in addition to several other benefits. This is a hybrid program where members pay an annual membership fee for concierge services and health insurance is billed for medical services.
